One For All now reduces Incoming Damage rather than increasing Mitigations.The debuff for Gut Punch has been reduced from 20% to 10%.The Power return from Low-strike finisher has been reduced.The Power cost on some of the Brawler's more expensive skills has been reduced slightly.This is in addition to the existing vulnerability effect, if you spec for it.
